• We charge a standard £4.95 per order for UK based customers. 

• We now ship to European countries! Postage is calculated based on the value of the order.  If you feel the delivery charge is too much, please email us, or call our international line on: +44207-099-3883 so we can give you a quote on the delivery.

• Same day delivery is available anywhere in London for items we have in stock! Please call to check stock availability - We usually charge £20 for this service.

• No order is too big or too small for Safety Master!

• Most items are sent via courier, next day delivery.

• If we don't have your item in stock - We will always give you a call to let you know, and give you an estimated time/date of arrival. If this is not convenient, we will always offer a refund or an alternative product.

• You can check the status of your order at any time by coming back to our website!  Simply click on Order Tracking and Enter your user name and password.

• If any items are delivered damaged or not working, we guarantee to give you a full refund as long as the product/s are returned to us within 7 days of the date of delivery.
